Rana Scarves was established four years ago by the founder, Thaania. She started the business as she had a great love for scarves, various materials, textures and always ensures to bring pretty elements to her range.
We thrive on bringing a wide variety of scarves in our collections, as well as ensuring we provide you with quality, advice and excellent customer experience throughout your interactions with us.

We’ve made choosing your favourites easy! Orders can be placed via email or WhatsApp too:
- Please advise the area you reside in so that courier charge can be included in your total
- Upon receipt of your order, you will receive banking details
- Once payment reflects, you order will be shipped
- You will receive a copy of the tracking number for your order which will allow you to track your order
What about delivery & collections?
Yes, courier delivery is nation-wide at an affordable rate
b) Delivery times
If you are based in Cape Town, please allow 24 hours for delivery from when your order is dispatched
If you are based in Durban, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth or East London; please allow 3 working days for delivery
Courier deliveries are Monday to Friday during business hours
There is also the option for overnight express service on all orders – please enquire as to the cost hereof
c) Collection
Should you be based with in Cape Town and would like to arrange for your collection – we are based in the Kenilworth area.

What is your refund policy?
- Should goods be received in
a unsatisfactory condition i.e damaged during the delivery process, it mayexchanged or refunded within 3 working days of receipt of your order - Returns can be logged at ranascarves@gmail.com (please advise email address that will be used) hello@ranascarves.co.za
- Please note you may be liable for costs incurred for the for the collection and re-delivery
